We commissioned Sharps Bedrooms. The Consultant came on a Sunday morning after approaching the showroom late Saturday afternoon. He designed the project and left us a drawing and gave us his best price after we told him we would be getting comparable quotes. We did so and all 3 were within £30 of each other on a £2500 job. We came back to Sharps who delivered a day early after ringing first to see if it would be OK; on the morning scheduled for fitting they rang at 8:15 to see if the fitter had arrived, rang back to say where he was stuck in traffic. He arrived 10 minutes late, did the job to our total satisfaction in a day and a half and Sharps rang the following day to see if we were happy. Total time scale from approching showroom to fitted - 22 days. What more could you ask?
