"Hays is Unethical"

Hays has indeeded find me work rather quickly. My main upset with them though is that on more than 2 occassions they didn't pay me on time. I've seldom had that with any angencies, and my biggest anger of all is that they INCLUDE HOLIDAY PAY WITH YOUR RATE.

When I gave the rate that I was looking for, unlike other agencies, you get your holiday pay included in your rate. So over the christmas holidays, when I will be out of work for at least 2 weeks, I will not be getting paid for this, because they don't accumulate your holiday pay. AND THIS IS JUST WRONG!!

This also means that you are getting much less than you expected to be paid for your rate. They are making so much more money off you!!
