SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL
..................
Hats is ideally located.It is a quiet,civil place.Food was ok.So was the beer.The man at the counter, may be the owner of Hats, was very helpful and well behaved.Hats, I recomemnd for quiet drinkers.May be sober students and academics.It is not a big place, but as we all know, sometimes small is more beautiful than large.The name-Hat and feathers-has some classic touch as well.
