"Employee's and Customers left in the dark again"

I went into the Peterborough studio on 14/12/06 with my 15 year old daughter who wanted to buy the Family Collection for her boyfriend for Christmas. We were attended to by very friendly helpful staff, we paid cash for the Family Collection were given our receipt and left the studio.It is now painfully obvious that the staff were totally unaware of the diasterous situation that was looming for them that evening. How totaly unprofessional not to keep their employees informed of the companies trading problems, maybe then they may have chosen not to take customers hard saved money.I am so angry with the management of this company that I have vented my anger by emailing my local newspaper and have registered a claim for my daughter's lost expenses.
