I don't know what you are all complaining about. I had 100% Perfect service from B&Q during my Kitchen and Bathroom order. All items arrived, on time, as stated, everything was fitted and nothing was missing. The store staff were fantastic when I wanted to add something else to my original order and were more than happy to help.
