Visited Sofa Worksop in Chester with a view to buying a sofa - staff seemed knowlegable and helpful - yes, we could have whatever cushion filling we wanted, loose covers etc. We saved up and made a special visit to shop today to buy sofa's footstools, loose covers etc. Found staff disinterested and unhelpful, told us we couldn't have the options we wanted after all and they were unwilling to check with supplier for us. We were treated as if we were an anoyance. They obviously hoped we would go away and buy from somebody else. We were happy to oblige. Having read reviews here we obviously had a lucky escape. We will never go to Sofa Workshop again. |
