Today i bought a laptop from PC world

It took three attempts...
why don't they reserve it
I have a pc world close to me which was first said to be in stock

I then later went to the store to find it was not in stock

2nd store which is quite a journey was also said to be instock however... you guessed it was not in stock

The final one was quite far other side of the city, was worth it in the end.
The Collect @ Store is a good idea but it needs a bit of tweaking to actually reserve the item.
