Could not disagree more than the earlier review. I purchased a laptop for the family as a xmas gift unfortunately it was not what the family wanted after having used it !. We returned to the store at what was a very busy time for both customers and staff (day after boxing day). After a little wait (but no more than expected) we were dealt with at the service counter in a most polite and efficient way ... we went to choose a replacement laptop and had help with the correct choice. I have to say that the service was top class and would recomend the store to anybody and will most certainly return for further purchases.... well done PC World (Cambridge)keep up the good work !.
