I don't know when you were employed at Bay, but a few things must have changed since then!

'The DOLCIS shoe department in many BAY TRADING stores are sent damaged stock from the main stores and staff are paid 40% less than in their main stores'

This is not so. Damaged stock is written off. Any genuinely faulty goods can be returned by Trading Standards Law if damaged stock is mistakenly sold.

Dolcis staff at Bay are paid the same as Bay staff.

'The staff are rude and unhelpfull because they are treated very poorly and paid minimum wage'
(Written by yourself about Bay staff.)
If they weren't, it would be illegal, no? Unfortunately most retailers pay minimum wage.

If the staff were rude and unhelpful then that is a recruitment/training/motivation issue within the store. Do you think that the Alexon training manual has chapters on how to be rude and unhelpful.
