Cant believe there are all these complaints. I have had my problems in life and have a poor credit rating and when i needed help to sort things out Welcome provided that help. Nice staff very informative and i knew what i was doing as the were very clear. Yes there rates are high but when you cant get help from other banks what do you do.. Run away, Change your name. No, use Welcome i would advise anyone to use them. FANTASTIC
