"Retailers dont make it so why blame them"
A review of PC World by Happyman11 - Sunday 28th of January 2007
PCWorld do not design, manufacture, inspect or test its products. They simply buy the products from someone else and sell them onto you. If something is faulty it is not the stores fault that the product is faulty. But if you show them that it is faulty and it is under a service agreement or falls under manufacturer based faults and they then refuse to deal with it THEN it is their fault. a Scenario: IF you bought someone a beer and then they took a drink of it and said it tasted like bodily fluids, who is to blame? You or the pub that poured the foul tasting pint? Did you make it taste like bodily fluids, did you taste it first before letting them have it. No, it’s the same thing. They are just a retailer not the makers. Plus in the pub scenario the pub is not to blame. The beer makers are. Unless they pub admits it tasted it first! i own a shop of my own and i see customers come in arguing the same point. I would deal with faults and i know PCWorld do too but dont argue to them about things they cannot control.
