I am a former employee, i worked for the Toni and Guy in Charlotte NC, I would have to say they are very proffesional and are very customer service oriented.

There i recieved the best training possible, I highly recomend them to anyone that is entering or is in the hair business, If you are looking for the best training that would be it.
