I have recently moved to the area and was looking for a gym. I had a look at every other gym in the area and i have been a member of la fitness in newbury before but i felt the Atrium was the only place that wanted to help me reach my goals. From the top notch fitness assessments to the well detailed programmes i now feel like i am on the right track. There is always going to be negative things said about gyms because you cant always please everyone but as a former gym instructor myself i recommend people go down to the atrium and have a look for themselves before listening to idle gossip.
