"A decent bike shop!"
A review of H Drake by Satisfied Customer - Thursday 8th of February 2007
I'd been looking at getting a child seat fitted onto my bike for a couple of weeks with no success (Townsends, chesterton rd even told me off for bringing my bike into their bike shop! nice start, and they seemed more interested in just selling me the most expensive version, even if it wasn't suitable).
On the way home from work i popped into H. Drake's on the off chance (and brought my bike in to see which seat would fit best, without being scolded like a naughty kid). Long story short, the service was courteous and the staff were really helpful, and i left there with the product i needed, fitted within half an hour.
A proper and old fashioned approach to dealing with customers that is fast becoming extinct!
