"A good experience all round"
A review of Wests Garage by Tim - Monday 12th of February 2007
I've bought my last two cars from Wests and have found them to be excellent both on sales and aftercare. Both times I've bought I have dealt with the same person and both times he has listened to what I wanted and not sold me any extras I didn't, likwise with the finance. Fortunately I haven't had much cause to deal with the service department but the times I have they have been courteous and efficient, usually with a follow up call after a few days. The last time I hade my (previous) car serviced they had no courtesy car available but prioritised the service and had it done in an hour and a half while I drank free coffee in service reception. While I was there a customer came in with his Scenic to be repaired after another driver had run into him. His wife was disabled and the service department did not have a suitable courtesy car for him, so a technician was duly dispatched to rent a scenic or similar for him at no cost. I would definately buy another car from them, in fact they have an ex-demo Clio 197 I'm interested in at the moment
