I would like to say that i work for B&Q in speke. The Staff are great and the job superb.
Unfortunately, members of the public come into the store and choose to savage the stock.
Like wild animals they tear at the boxes to open them, then they take another box and leave the smashed one on the shelf!
Some of the boxes are so badly damaged that they have to be sold off.
Other times, the staff who are human by the way are spoken to in a manner like you would not speak to a dog and whistled for attention.
We try to help and we are swore at, spat at and abused. You wonder why we are not keen to help you?
I have a saying- treat others as you would want to be treated yourself.
Please try to remember that the next time you come to our store.
