A review of Pizza Hut by Daniela Ghita - Saturday 17th of February 2007
You know, we are doing our best here. Just think the next time you go to eat in Pizza Hut. Most of the waitresses are doing their best, we are working really hard and trying to be always friendly to the customers. But we are human too, we can't promise we'll never make a mistake. If I do make a mistake, I'm always apologizing and trying to make up for it in someway (we are normally doing discount, free dessert or something, at least in my branch). But sometimes it makes me really upset the way customers talk to me. For example, today I was working and I asked some guy if he could please repeat what toppings he wanted because I didn't hear him good, and he was saying "You stupid girl, you Polish yeah? Learn English so you can understand what I say!" and I told him I'm Romanian and he said "You bloody East-Europeans are all the same." I know we are here to give a good service and our personal emotions are not the issue, but we are humans too and we don't deserve to be spoke to like that.
