A review of B & Q by Anon - Wednesday 21st of February 2007After reading all your comments I would like to say that I completly understand our customers frustrations but would also like to say how hard it is being on the other end of rude and aggressive customers I can assure you that our advisors in store do their very best to help where we can. It is down to our manufacturers that we have the problems and I am aware these are being looked at. If we havent got something in the country at the time granted it is wrong judgement but all the kicking and screaming you do at advisors in the store will not help it is not that individuals fault surely you are all not that narrow minded to see that.
