I totally agree with you John I also work at B&Q and cannot believe some of the customers we have. Do they not realise we actually want to help but don't really take to people swearing at us and shouting some people are so rude and aggressive. I am quite a small girl and have just recently had a customer squaring up to me threatening me, I might add he was quite a bit taller and larger than me think he had a bit of a control issue. Do they not realise we'll just throw them out of the store or do people want us to stoop to their level and swear back? I was brought up with good manners shame half our customers were'nt eh? I love my job and I can assure everyone I give my customers 110% all the time and will continue no matter what they throw at me (but thats another story) Please will our customers realise it is not the individuals fault if something has not arrived in stock or is damaged so get off their case and have a bit of respect. Yeah the customer pays our wages but we'd rather have customers with respect for other human beings and treat them as they wish to be treated the rest can go to Homebase.
