Having finally shaken off the blight that is MFI, SOFA WORKSHOP is finally in a position to offer really unique, quality products, followed up with great customer service. The small team now employed to move this GREAT BRITISH business forward has nothing to gain from screwing up.
When I recently purchased a beautiful Browning chesterfield from the Cambridge store, I couldn't fault any part of my experience.
The gentleman who is still feeling sore about his purchase, some years ago, would do well to revisit Sofa Workshop, and becoming a new customer of this essentially new company. I'm certain he will be left with far more pleasant memories, and end up with a product (should really be called a thing of beauty) of far higher quality than many I could THINK of.
