I have known several people who have eaten in Prezzo's Wimborne over the last few months and they have had food served lukewarm, soggy pizzas, poor service (staff attitude), starter served quickly then ages for main course etc. The building is impressive but the food is not freshly cooked on site and I wonder how many people who eat there realise this. Ordering a pizza over the phone has proved difficult too due to the apparent language barrier. My husband and I will not be returning.
