I have had good service from start to finish at Sofa Workshop. Our saleswoman in the Tottenham Court Road branch, Jayne, was really helpful and not pushy or annoying at all like you get in some places. When it came to delivery time, I had to change the day they wanted to bring them and they were fine about it. The delivery guys did a great job, they were really efficient and also took away all the packaging. Plus the sofas are gorgeous - the most important thing! All the staff I have spoken to have been polite and helpful. But the one thing I really can't understand is why it has to take nearly three months to make the sofas! But on the whole I am really happy with Sofa Workshop, and I think customer service in this country is pretty dreadful in general.
