"Nothing is too much trouble for Cellini"

I lost a black pearl earring some years ago that had been a gift from a friend- bought at Cellini's. I rang them up and explained, they simply said "send it to us Madam, we will match it exactly". They did, and extreamly quickly!
I don't want to go anywere else- but they are in Cambridge and I am in Plymouth!!

I suppose another branch is out of the question.....?
