"Service Charge Worth it?"

Visited the restaurant quite a few times.On the last 3 occasions in the last 2 months have had horrific customer service.
The first experience
There were hardly any customers at the restaurant. The service was so slow despite lack of customers. On top of that the credit card machine broke down.
Second Experience
A new waiter joined the restaurant whose first language was not English (could tell from the very slow responses that you get back). We ordered starters and mains. For the mains we requested a Main Dish and Side dish. I stressed that we wanted the Side dish and not the Main dish for the particular vegetable curry.
When the meals arrived, 2 main dishes arrived. We called another waiter asking him to inquire why we have received 2 main dished as sopposed ot a main and a side dish. He came back saying that we ordered 2 main dishes ( How do you explain that the waiter who took the order seemed to be illiterate both in a verbal and conversational context) - We requested for the Main dish curry to be replaced wth the side dish. When the bill arrived, it showed 2 main dishes as opposed to Main and Side dish. The waiter consulted the manager. The manager got very worked up saying it was our fault in ordering 2 main dishes. I believe he should have appologised on behalf of the waiter and given some compensation.
Third Experience.
Being a vegetarian, i do not eat meals where veggie stuff has been placed with meat on the same plate. We were in a big group where there were 3 vegetarians and 7 meat eaters. Having told the manager that as vegetarians we do not have anything that comes in contact with meat - he showed a very surprising and displeased face. respect peoples cultures and beliefs!!!
All in all i believe it's not worth dining in a place whereby you as a customer are not appreciated and treated in an ill manner.
