I wish you would all stop moning.
I have worked for B&Q for many years and i have never seen animals shop before!
I have seen the monkeys in Chester Zoo behave better than some of the customers in our store.
When our Staff finish serving customers we are told to face up. This is basically tidying the shelves.
I have found syringes thrown into boxes, dirty toilet paper stuffed into lighting shades. Not to mention the Public toilets. Customers feel that is is OK to use the floor to poo on as the staff will clean it up!
You wonder why our Staff give poor service.
If you stop behaving like animals then our staff will treat you like people.
One of the Trademarks of B&Q is RESPECT.
My trademark is treat others as you would want to be treated yourself.
My question is- if i come to your house and poo on the floor, how will you treat me?
I have taken a photo of our Zoo Toilets. If any of you would like to see it after the store closes let me know.
