I sympathise that you didnt receive your photos ordered before xmas once Olan Mills went into Administration.

Unfortunately once the administrators were in we were limited to what we could do with orders, especially if images were not saved and passed through to the processing plant at the end of the last day. Unfortunately this seemed the case for a lot of customers and Olan Mills will no longer have these images and will have no way of ever tracing these for customers.

As for ever trusting Olan Mills only you can decide that, i know that they are re employing great members of staff but that itself should not give you peace of mind. Unfortunately no one knows what the future holds.
