"Great food not so good service"

The food in pizza hut is in my opinion the best about.But the thing that lets it down is the service. You can be left waiting ih the resturant for aging with the staff just ignoring you. Its a shame because it is a good product but maybe the hut needs to invest in more mature managers instead of kids?
