"Pizza Hut lacking pizazz."
A review of Pizza Hut by Anonymous - Wednesday 4th of April 2007
The Pizza Hut we visited this week was a little lacking in customer and food service. The restrooms and the juke box were not clean and in need of attention. Before we entered the restaurant, the employees were standing by the door smoking. When we entered, we were told they were not open yet, but kindly let us come in and be seated. It was 11:00 by our time, but too early by their time. There was no silverware on our table and many others. The cracker baskets were empty. There was pudding and fruit on the salad bar, but no spoons for eating the pudding.
When they brought our beverages, we had to ask for straws. The buffet (hot food) did not open until 11:30. There were no hours posted that we could see. On the positive side, the food was good and the atmosphere was nice, with a nice view.
