"Pathetic"
A review of B & Q by B&Q Employee - Tuesday 10th of April 2007
I am reading these comments on here and there are some very bitter and twisted people around. People that work at B&Q are there to do a job so let them try surely you know that if you treat someone with respect instead of jumping down our throats we will bend over backwards to help you. I will also have you know, Mr Anonymous, that I have A levels and a degree and still work at B&Q I also have a very highly paid job and enjoy my work very much and would even go as far as to say I'm quite good at it. At the end of the day logistics anywhere you go can cause problems it only becomes more of an issue as we are the UK's number one retailer we deliver hundreds of thousands of products a week and actually have a higher delivery success than most companies. I just want to know where our customers get off thinking that all people at B&Q are thick, we do not discriminate against people with learning difficulties if that's what you mean, is that such a bad thing or would you rather you worked harder to pay for them rather than them having the opportunity to pay their own way get off their backs and go somewhere else if you dont like it!!!
