"Welcome Finance - further details"

A review of Welcome Finance by Red - Friday 13th of April 2007

For any one that wants to know, the website for this so called company is www.cattles.co.uk unfortunately it doesn't say who to get in touch with, in writing, if you want to make a complaint. Anyone know this? as their so called compliance department doesn't seem to like replying to recorded mail!
