Working in bay trading myself for the last 3 years i have to say i have met alot of different customers from really nice and polite to down right rude.We have a job to do yes but are not there to be treated like dirt. We really appreciate it when a customer acknowledges you whilst seving them and replys to you when you say please when telling them the amount and thankyou when you have given them their change and thanked them.
People are so quick these days to write and complain but dont seem to find the time to write and praise a member of staff for their help perhaps if they did the staff would feel more appreciated.
