Thanks to Carlene for a great job. Read the reviews and thought I'd give it a go after several disasters at Toni & Guy. Carlene made me feel at ease from the moment I sat in the chair, and the finish result was the best I've ever had ( and £50 less than T & G). I have already rebooked. Thankyou
