Replying to the message about the staff not knowing what stock is coming in their delivery, this is actually true!
Having worked at Bay on and off for 6 years, we only ever get told what is coming into our store at 9am on the day our stock is delivered. This is due to the warehouse working very hard during the night to get the stock back in our stores for the next day! Depending on what stores sell out the fastest depends on what stores get that stock back in the fastest! And considering there are now over 300 Bay Trading stores..... with more opening every month.... depends on what stores need that stock more!
It isn't the staffs fault that they cannot tell you what is coming into the store.... so please stop having a go at them, most are just trying to help, and just get abused every time they cannot pin-point every item coming into our store!
