Had my hair cut by Charlotte the other day and what can i say if you want a bob cut Charlotte is your girl. She really made the experience one i will never forget, very chatty and funny, made me feel at ease straight away.
All the staff are polite and well mannered.
The guy who does the colour can't remember his name but he is HOT, the icing on the cake!
