I like getting my hair cut at Scruffs (good haircut, good atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious hot chocolate) but sometimes I go elsewhere - only because I'm impatient, and Scruffs are often fully booked weeks ahead. If they weren't great, they wouldn't be so booked up!
