I'd like to thank you for clearly and publicly displaying just what a wonderful, polite and generally all round great person you are. Firstly. I work for Welcome. Secondly I think you should apologise for being so rude to state that people who work for Welcome could not get a better jobs, or that as a whole we are ill educated. I know the hours that Welcome HAVE to keep to try to make contact with people. Now in this day and age people without mobile phones are few and far between, so if you could not be reached at home surely that would be an option. A work number perhaps... no? So why then is it a case that we call, leave a message and get no answer. Worst case senario customers that we have to deal with daily. We send a letter asking you to please call, maybe your ansering machine doesn't work. Nope no answer! So a reminder letter. Nope NO ANSWER. So whilst those people with the better jobs finish at 5pm we are then still trying to call because surely you're in now right? NOPE NO ANSWER. So maybe it's the phone companies at fault AND the post man because you don't get your mail. So we have to spend our time to come to your house to find out why you're having problems, missing out on time with our own familes using our mobiles to try ans contact you whilst we are in between calls to customers JUST to try ans get contact to establish what the problem is. Hopefully Red you personally are not as obnoxious as you made yourself sound on here. If you have a genuine problem and you've suffered bad service from one person in Welcome, I'm sorry and that can not be a pleasant experience and it's not something I would wish on anyone. But at least have the respect to admit that not every person is the same and likewise not every branch within Welcome will be the same, just as hopefully you're not the worst case senario customer set out above. |
