Come on people!I am saddened by the criticism of the rectionists at the surgery.They do a fantastic job.I have been there when they are trying to answer the phone,make appointments and hand out scripts.I think it's high time that people realise that,from stading in the queue,I have and heard patients behave less than politely. Does this mean that patients have the monopoly on being offensive? GET A GRIP people!The entire staff at the surgery are excellent and they deserve our support.
