Unfortunately I have experienced very unprofessional actions by not one but 5 Welcome staff. If you are familiar with the OFT guidelines section 40, which I'm sure you are, you will see that everyone has a right to be contacted in a manner they have requested. I do not have a problem using my phone to speak to the people I want to. I object strongly to having my requests completely ignored. I do not have a mobile phone that I can be contacted on, I use a works pool phone only in the case of an emergency. I am not allowed to use the phone at work for personal calls or to be called at work. And yes when I am being treated unfairly and harassed continuouly causing further stress I can be as obnoxious as the next person. But thanks for the comments.
