We were having a new bathroom fitted and because of the difficulty finding the right size bath only B & Q sold one that would fit. I duly ordered it online and it arrived when they said it would, the two delivery people were pleasant and polite and very helpful. The bath was perfect and everything came with it, i.e. fitments - I can only praise their service and our Grimsby store is superb - everyone there is very helpful.
