Sorry, i wld like to inform u that y'day 7may '07 1st time i visited to cambridge and bn to yr rest in regent steet brance. We were 4 of us n order some food
after 30-35 min we were sitting there but no food bn served we asked the lady n she said after 10 min that "we r sorry, we will no charge the cost of yr starter" i said its ok. that after another 30 min nothing bn served and we realised that they were not interested to serve us so we got up and ask them 4 bill ( coke n water) they said its ok but i asked them what is the reason 4 60-65 min u hv not served us 4 nothing the counter girl said i don't know then i asked her to provide me the ph no to complain she said wait and dissapeared and after 5 min manager came n asked me yes what can i do 4 u. I asked her that do u know anything or i will start again she said ok sorry what to do? after that i realeased that they don't want to serve us n the attitude they showed which is unbelievable may be we r Indian that can b the reason. because two people came after us n i hv seen that they were served in 10 min. My Son is 12year old and he was very hungry and we left that place after 60-65 min without hving anythingh. that is yr service whish is very sad. Now if u thing that u shl reply me with some explanation i will be very happy. the exact time was 8.5 pm 7th May and we left the premises exactly at 9.10 pm. we can easily check who was in duty that time
