I work for a high street bank and although i agree the charges are excesive i am shocked by the number of customers who are thrying to claim back charges
if these customers monitor there accounts more closely and not spend above there means they would not have incurred the charges in the first place.
these people are using money which does not belong to them all banks have the same problems so considering switching banks will not help your sittuation only you can help by checking the account on a regular basis and speaking to your bank if you feel your not able to manage the account.
