"NOT GETTING ANYWHERE..DO THIS!!!"

If you are having problems with welcome finance then please do not talk to the monkeys.
Go straight to the big guy (Paul Hibbert)whom you can reach through contacting their nottingham branch..
He is as i believe the sales managing director and please believe me when i spoke to him and told him what my intentions were on my faulty car, i got a phone call back ten mins later stating that my car was getting changed...
i fought for months being told that letters i had written to my branch had been passed to head office when they quite clearly were not...
Do not have your dealings with your branch and go straight to the head office in nottingham as the local branches just try to hold out until they think you are going to go away...
THE MAIN ISSUE HERE IS NOT TO GIVE UP....KEEP GOING AND EMPHASISE YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND IT WILL BE SORTED AND PLEASE AGAIN DO NOT DEAL WITH THE MONKEYS WHEN YOU CAN DEAL WITH THE ORGAN GRINDER!!!
