"HMMMM!"
A review of The Plough by PETE AND JANE - Saturday 12th of May 2007WE WENT TO THE REFURBISHED PLOUGH LAST NIGHT ABOUT 6.30ISH WITH GREAT EXPECTATIONS AS WE USED THE PUB QUITE OFTEN ON WAY HOME FROM SHOPPING IN CAMBRIDGE.WITH TWO TEENAGE GIRLS TO FEED AND A WELL NEEDED DRINK FOR DAD WE ENTERED THE EMPTY CAR PARK(UNUSUAL).PUB DECOR AND LAYOUT NICE,BUT......COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING ON MENU THE GIRLS LIKED APART FOR OVER PRICED STEAKS(£11+)AT THE BAR THERE IS A TINY SECOND MENU YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT(PUT IT ON A BLACKBOARD)WITH FOOD THE GIRLS CHOOSE BUT VERY OVER PRICED.WHEN IT CAME OUT IT WAS VERY NICE,BUT ITS JUST NOT THE PLOUGH WE KNOW ANYMORE.THREE TABLES SAT DOWN READ THE MENU AND LEFT WITHOUT EVEN HAVING A DRINK,SAYS IT ALL.WONT BE BACK...SHAME.LOST ITS CHARACTER.
