"Training Vs Cost"A review of PC World by Happyman11 - Tuesday 15th of May 2007Advertisements
Did you know that to become fully qualified IT technician with microsoft certified credentials and nvq's in repair takes years. also with new product releases weekly and monthly to keep ontop of these new releases and know information that does not appear on the side of the box or the website takes time too. students at colleges around the country estimate it takes days to fully test and play with a new product to fully know and understand its workings. now with a average store containing 30 pc's. 20 printers. 10 tv cards. 20 dvd drives 100's of software titles. and thousands of other little products do the maths. do you really expect them to have time to test and understand everything and be instore bright and early to serve every customer. |
