"Call Centres!!"

I'll stand corrected. Although Lloyds DID have a call centre in Mumbai it stopped operating with personal accounts in March this year. I wonder what prompted that?? In any case, if you are going to take a job that involves speaking to UK residents on the telephone shouldn't you be able to communicate effectively in English?
