Ive been trying to reclaim my charges back off Nat West so i have decided to take it to the next step after reading a few differnt reviews of how people have got on, i have decided to take it to the small claims court which has cost me £120.00. I done this before TSB had taken on their customer. Nat west have entered a defence and appointed solicitors. Does anyone know wether they will attend court? Cause quite frankly im a little worried now. I dont know wether its just a scare tatic?
