"Help...Debt management and Welcome Finance??"

I have recently split with my partner and will no longer be able to meet my payments each month. I contacted a debt management company who said they could help however Welcome aparently dont accept debt management companies?? I had previously spoken to another debt management company who said they have to accept payments due to the Consumer Credit Act. Its an unsecured loan I need help with - not car finance.

Has anyone had experience with this? I have been with Welcome for a number of years and after reading some of these reviews it appears that I have been one of the few lucky ones who have not had any issues with them. Although I am now concerned that I may open up a can of worms if I try and reduce my payments. The bottom line is there is absoultly NO way I will be able to meet my payments as my monthly payments are 268. I need to do something but am worried that a debt management company will just make things worse.

Any help would be appreciated!
