"Zenith re-visited"

I used to work for Zenith after a long and successfull career as a police officer. 
 
I found that although many aspects of the 'promotion' are indeed a game, provided i was honest in my appraisal and gave all the facts about the features and benefits, customers were happy. 
 
I did have a manager or two that would try and get me to ask questions that were harsh or even down right rude, but i am long enough in the tooth to be able to tell someone when they are going to far. 
 
The bottom line is, all the complainants wanted Zenith because they have heard they were good products. They are. 
 
What they did not like was the fact that they did not get the products on their terms or were faced by **** salesmen who not only let the company down, but also the reputation of all serious fenestration consultants. Or they just could not afford that quality. Some people can't. sad fact of life, but either you can afford Zenith or you can't. The promotion can bring the price down and allow most people the opportunity of having real quality in their homes in return for a small amount of advertising. 
 
The product is second to none. The installation is near perfect every time and the warrenty is unbeatable. 
 
We get paid a fair ammount of money for doing a bloody good job and improving peoples homes. 
 
The ones who aren't prepared to work for 60 hours plus a week or to scared to ask a serious questions should not be in the game. 
 
If you seriously looking for a decent product, a decent deal and a great service, then put the time into it. I certainly would not have any confidence in someone who came and looked around and gave a quote in ten minutes. I want to know what I am buying, who is going to fit it, what warranties are in place, the customer service standards and the reputation of a decent company. 
 
I would only want quality on my house and zenith fit the bill.
