I had problems with them also - I waited 10 months for a settlement figure. I refused to pay my monthly payments until they forwarded it to me. Finally I received it but they had loaded it with insurance premiums and 'gap' insurance which I had originally cancelled within 30 days of taking the loan. Finally got the figure which was a £1000 less than their previous one.
