"Are You On Medication?"A review of B & Q by Richard - Monday 4th of June 2007Advertisements
Frustrated Employee: Are you on strong medication? I assume so, as your comments are so bizarre. You wrote, "... I am willing to sort any problem out for anyone providing they treat me like a decent human being ..." ... and if they don't measure-up according your own, private scale of acceptable behviour - what then? Dodgy order-fulfillment, lack of help, etc.? I bet THAT'S what happens to many of your customers... given a sneaky "kicking" by means of subrefuge. This may be an epiphany to you and many of your colleagues, but customers = salaries AND repeat-business = continued employment. Just a couple of thoughts for you and your pals. Some memebers of society are, of course, just nasty/maladjusted/whatever... but it seems very odd to me that they all seem to congregate at their local B & Q stores! More likely, I suggest, is that B & Q are quite expert at driving customers into moments of anger. Being kept dangling with half-finished, dangerous, costly kitchens will have that effect... human nature and all. I wonder how cool, calm and collected YOU'D be if your wage was late, utterly wrong, or completely missing for months on end? Not very! |
